Agricultural Engineering and Technologies Manufuture subplatform

 The mission of the European Technology Platform Manufuture is to propose, develop and implement a strategy based on Research and Innovation, capable of speeding up the rate of industrial transformation to high-added-value products, processes and services, securing high-skills employment and winning a major share of world Manufacturing output in the future knowledge-driven economy.

 
The Technische Universität Dresden has extensive experience in project-co-ordination and project management at national and international level. The TUD was mainly project coordinator and applicant. Above all, a European Project Centre (EPC) has been established at the applicants’ premises to support international project management. The EPC co-ordinated and managed more than 150 projects with a total project volume amounting to 30 Mio Euro granted by the European Commission from 2002 till 2007.
