Star-COLIBRI project: biorefinery clustering

Star-COLIBRI publishes a report on public private partnership possibilities and their alternatives in Europe, ranging from joint programming to key tools that the EU has to offer. Indeed, PPPs were recognised as one of Europe's top priorities in the framework of the European 2020 strategy for growth and the Economic Recovery Plan, as a means for generating growth and competitiveness for the European industry. Several initiatives, networks and funding opportunities exist for fostering the creation of PPPs in Europe. Star-COLIBRI lists these in the report, along with some success stories in the field. This study also provides guidelines for PPP creation as well as recommendations for improved management of PPPs.
